This folder inserter is a 2 station machine which means it has 2 A4 feeders allowing you to insert multiple sheets and collate the sets before folding and inserting them into the envelope. Different sizes can also be inserted from A4, A5 down to 90mm permitting other sized sheets to be inserted and folded prior to automatic envelope sealing. It has the option to fold single or letter folds and has 15 stored jobs that can be preset or automatically set up. Additionally, booklets, 'return to sender' envelopes or coms slips can be inserted into an envelope. There are two envelope sizes which are compatible with this machine - DL and C5 - and it will insert around 2400 per hr with an average usage rating up to 30,000 envelopes per month.
