The article recounts the arrest of Lee Harvey Oswald on November 22, 1963 at the Texas Theatre in Dallas, TX.  Officer McDonald arrested Oswald at that time.  He autographed the article in four places, which is 7 pages long.  The article is an excerpt from a book by Chief Curry of the Dallas Police Department on the assassination of President Kennedy.  One of the pictures of Oswald is him on the autopsy table, so be prepared for that, if you are squeamish.  I guarantee the authenticity of the autographs.  Officer McDonald died in 2005.
