PART NUMBER 72044-1X This is a right-hand axle shaft assembly, part number 72044-1X is 34.69 inches long overall in length. The outer axle shaft part number is 39905 It is 9.92 inches long 19 spline 1.25 inches diameter FOR REFERENCE ONLY NOT INCLUDED The inner axle shaft is part number 72112-1x is 24.77 inches long 31 spline 1.37 inches in diameter. We inspect both the spline ends to make sure the splines and the seal surface are good. We also check that U-joint ends of the shafts are good and the U-joint caps fit tight before we ship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Because of Dana’s stringent and high standards, It has been my experience as a Dana Spicer distributor, that you can expect well over 100,000 miles out of Dana Spicer products when maintained properly.
