How to use crimper
Step 1
Install the die set that matches your terminal size.
Step 2
Rotate knob to release handle.
Step 3
Pump the handle until the resistance felt becomes significant or the dies bottom out. Your termination is now complete.
Step 4
Press lever to release crimp.
NOTE: Many factors affect die selection; wire stranding type, lug wall thickness & fitment etc. Select a die set that gives good compression on all 6 crimp forming surfaces. See guaranteed crimp quality photo below:

See the charts below for approximate equivalent American Wire Gauge (AWG) die sizes. Actual crimps may vary due to variations in your lugs and cable. Some trial and error may be required before you find the best die set for your crimp.

Crimp head rotates 360 degrees for tight access jobs
2 Speed Pump Speeds setting of dies to terminals before crimping starts, then switches to high force mode to complete the crimp.
Safety over-pressure bypass valve actuates when maximum force is reached, preventing tool damage.
Thumb lever release valve operates much more quickly and more easily than knob releases.
Produces perfect, solid crimp terminations every time.
Includes Hydraulic Rebuild Kit. You'll probably never need it, but we've included one anyway.

Returns
TEMCo allows for the return of products for 1 year from the date of purchase. Even if it's opened, broken, or used, we will still accept your return and pay shipping both ways.
We will replace the item with an identical item or issue a refund for the value of the item.
