All prices listed on this website are in UK pounds sterling including value added tax at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are not included unless stated otherwise. The total cost of your order will be set out in your shopping basket / cart before you submit your order. This will be the price of the products that you have ordered and any applicable delivery charges. Products, prices and special offers are all subject to availability and these may change before you submit your order. Specification of listed products are subject to change without notice. Errors may sometimes occur and we will advise you accordingly and ask if you wish to continue with your order. We offer a manufactures guarantee on our boats/products.

What this covers is any manufacturers defects such as faulty hatches, silicone seals, cracked plastic hull not related to neglect, broken pad eyelets, and stretched or broken bungee cord. Should your product become faulty within a year of delivery, we will offer a prompt repair, or if a repair is not possible, we will arrange an exchange, transport costs either way are not covered.. This does not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 14 day no quibble refund policy provided that the returned product is complete, unused, and with the original box, packing and any accessories and the cost of returning and delivery of the product is paid by the customer. This policy does not affect your legal rights. Products used in commercial applications are only guaranteed for 6 months from date on invoice.
