This is an old book. A 1955 dated, hardcover book titled: Look no further. A cook book. Signed by the author Richard T Hougen as shown. Published by Abingdon Press. 244 pages and in very nice shape with some general wear to the covers and some discoloration of the back cover.      

We tend to grade books tough since we have several thousand of them and try to mention any significant issues that we notice with them.
