For sight-glasses on high-pressure steam, hot oil boilers and other aggressive applications.
Typically, ordinary glass gaskets only last from one to three months before leaking.
HI-TEMP GASKETS are made to withstand tremendous temperatures - twice the temperature resistance as ordinary rubber gaskets. (For best results these should be installed on a new glass. See our store for custom cut sightglasses)

The manufacturer claims that "in many cases the gasket out-lasts the glass." These gaskets work perfectly with United Brass gauge glass valves and can be ordered through us at your request. These gaskets can be custom made for any boiler for an added fee in quantities of at least 15 sets. Contact us for a quote.

Shipping
We ship by US Post Office, FedEx or UPS. Let us know if you need your item quickly. Mostly all packages are shipped in 24hrs. Remember, after we ship, we have no control over when your item arrives. Allow 12 days before contacting us.
We insure our shipments through Auctiva. Please know that there is a 21 day wait before a claim can be filed if the shipper loses your item. By purchasing this item you demonstrate that you agree with this policy.
We are a GREEN shipper. The box and packing materials you receive will probably be recycled materials. We will reuse materials that are still in good condition.
If you feel the figures at checkout are not accurate, please wait for our invoice or e-mail us. We check the figures carefully for each invoice. Occasionally the shipping and insurance figures are not accurate for the purchase of more than one item.
We will gladly combine purchases if purchased on the same day and shipped from the same location. The combined weight will determine your charges. We add nothing else to your charges.
We will never inflate your shipping cost to increase our profit on your purchase. When we use a US Postal Flat-Rate box,we charge the US Postal standard Flat-Rate fee plus insurance.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 3 days of arrival by telephone. We will be happy to call you if your number is provided.
If there is a valid reason for returning the item (not described properly or defective) it must be shipped to us within 14 days.
The item must be returned in the same condition as mailed,insured and in the original packaging.
We encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish about our products before you bid and closely examine our photos.
If an item must be returned because the buyer made an error in his selection there will be a modest $10.00 restocking fee to cover office and shipping supplies & expense. Please do your homework before purchasing.
There will be no returns on electrical components unless in the original sealed package.
