The cover is in average condition because of moderate wear and light soiling.  The front cover hinge is broken.   The back cover hinge is broken. The spine cover is tight and the binding is good.  The pages are good but have yellowed slightly and a little foxing. There is a dark dampstain to the lower right corner of pages 259 to 278. Half of the last page (blank) is missing.  There is some writing in ink on the back inside cover.
