This lovely character lady figurine measures 8 1/4 inches in height, made in England by Royal Doulton and is entiled "The Orange Lady" HN1953  designed by Leslie Harradine, first issued in 1940 and discontinued in 1975. This being an earlier version with a handpainted HN number
