Copyright 1882 by publisher.   The cover is in average condition because of moderate wear and light soiling. The front cover hinge is broken and close to being detached. The spine cover has loosened but the binding is good.   The pages are good but have yellowed slightly and have a little foxing.   There are a couple small chips missing from the first page (blank).  There is an inscription in pencil on the third page (blank). There is a light dampstain to the right edge of the first 118 pages. There are many black and white illustrations.  Book is approx. 6.75 x 8.5 inches and has 259 pages.  Buyer to pay $3.50 for shipping, UNLESS INTERNATIONAL.
