this barbie I dont know  much about..the barbie doll is marked 1966 malaysia and is a TwistnTurn brunette with real lashes and blue shadow..so I think maybe Teresa??...the outift is unmarked like all samples from mattel it is very well made of black brocade velvet with blue and black lace which fits her like a glove..her pill box hat is permantly attached to her head..her black boa is removable..she is wearing a matching necklace...doll is Mint in box..the box  is written on saying midnight blue...she is a stunning doll..the box has wear..she is either a prototype barbie that was never produced or a one of a kind OAK barbie picture is of actual item..check my other items i will combine shipping..
