• First US edition, stated on the copyright page (March 2001). This is the limited issue from American Fantasy, and it came ahead of the Warner/Aspect trade edition.
• Moorcock's return to Elric of Melniboné after ten years, with Count Ulric von Bek and Oona, the Dreamthief's Daughter.
• Hand-numbered 399 on the limitation page. 304 pages. ISBN 0-9610352-2-6.
• Black cloth boards stamped in silver and red, silver endpapers, and red-and-black headbands.
• Wraparound jacket art by Robert Gould. The flap carries the $125.00 issue price and is not clipped.
• Plain black cloth slipcase.
• Issued with a loose print of the frontispiece by Don Maitz. It is included with this copy, and you can see it in the third photo.
