Combined Shipping & Promotions

To receive your combined shipping discounts and promotional offers, please use the eBay Shopping Cart instead of the "Buy It Now" option.

• Our Current Shipping Promotions:

• Free Shipping on orders of 15 or more eligible items from TimelessMix!

• Free Shipping on each additional eligible item you buy after the first one!

• Exclusions & Large Items: Please note that not all items are eligible for free combined shipping. Large or oversized items can still be combined into one shipment, but they will incur an additional shipping cost due to their size and weight.

• Automatic Cart Discrepancies & Refunds: Because eBay calculates combined shipping automatically, system errors can sometimes occur. If the automated checkout overcharges you, any discrepancy between the checkout total and the actual shipping and handling cost will be promptly refunded once your order is packaged.

• How to Claim Your Discount: Add all desired items to your shopping cart before checking out. Your combined shipping discount will be automatically calculated and applied at payment.

• Item Availability: Placing an item in your cart does not hold or reserve it. Items remain available to other buyers until your payment is fully completed.

Shop Policies & Condition Guidelines

• Vintage & Pre-Owned Items: Unless explicitly stated as "New," all items are pre-owned. Vintage, antique and pre-owned items even unused or unworn pieces naturally show wear consistent with their age, storage, and history. We always note major flaws in the description. For measures please refer to the pictures taken with a measuring tape.  Stated measurements and weights are approximate.

• Item Evaluation & Color: The absence of a detailed condition report does not imply that an item is free of imperfections. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all listing details to evaluate condition before purchasing. Please note that digital screen displays and lighting may cause slight color variations in person; such variations do not constitute a misrepresentation.

• Photographs as Description: Listing photographs are a critical, binding part of the item's description. By bidding or purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that the item is considered accurately described if its condition matches the visual details shown in the photos. Defects, marks, or wear clearly visible in the listing images are part of the item's described condition.

• Condition Assistance: If you have specific questions, please contact us before purchasing. Any details provided by TimelessMix are given purely as a courtesy opinion and not as statements of fact.

• Terms of Sale: To keep our business operating efficiently, all items are sold strictly as-is, where-is. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. Thank you for shopping with TimelessMix!!
