Delicate items are double boxed and double padded to ensure safe delivery. 

All items are shipped in padded box inside poly mailer.

We test all our gemstones with the Presidium Gem tester 2. Although it can tell us if a gemstone is real or glass/fake, It can not tell us the difference between Natural or Lab created.


(Black ovals did not test as stone or glass, A little heavier than "plastic" but I don't know what their made of, maybe Jet?)


We test all our precious metals even if they are marked with JSP Acid on a test scratch stone.


We ship same or next day depending on what time payment is received Monday - Saturday.


We do our best to answer messages within 2 hours Monday -Sunday from 6am to 11pm.
