"Parade" magazine is a  Sunday magazine insert contained in many US newspapers printed on thin matte "pulp" newsprint. (This gives it a "dull" appearance compared to newsstand magazines)

There are risks sending the item INTERNATIONALLY using any method other than eBay International Shipping - but if you want it sent First-Class Mail International Large Envelope, you need to check to see if a magazine (containing advertising) is likely to arrive to your country - or if the post office / customs may confiscate it. The item is most likely to arrive in top condition if it is sent by eBay International Shipping.

If  you want it sent by eBay International Shipping & the option is missing when you click "See Details", send me a message saying you want eBay International Shipping. I will then need to charge an additional delivery charge of (likely) $15 to $30 (depending on ebay's rate at that moment).

Condition might be better preserved when the item is sent by a method other than "Large Envelope", since the envelope must be flexible & the Post Office will likely bend the envelope. Choosing to have the Large Envelope sent with chipboard re-enforcement will likely take care of the problem of the item being abused by the Post Office - because they would then have to deliberately force the envelope to fold it. It is rare that they do that - but still possible! I find that about 10% of the Large Envelopes without chipboard re-enforcement will be folded & have dented corners. The likelihood of the item arriving undamaged with chipboard re-enforcement will likely be much better than 90%! 

Note that if your mailbox is small, they will be more likely to try to force the envelope inside of it!

The "bag and board" are protection only for mailing purposes - it's not of the type intended for display or archival storage.
