PLEASE REFER TO OUR FAQs FOR MOST CURRENT INFORMATION: https://www.ebay.com/str/moltarallc?_tab=about
Effective 10/10/26 we will be turning off messages. This change applies only to individuals that have not purchased from us. You will still be able to message about orders placed. I promise everyone else's question is answered in this listing description and if you messaged us, you'd just be mad that we told you to go read the listing.
Item is sold AS-IS, in the condition described in the listing description. ANY NOTABLE FAULTS, FLAWS, DAMAGE, ETC SHALL BE NAMED ABOVE. All photography is taken by us using a high resolution camera in a professional studio. Image(s) are representative of the item you will be receiving. Quantity listings may be used when we, as professionals and lifelong collectors, deem the condition to be functionally equivalent.
Measurements, dimensions, features, and benefits:
Due to differences in interpretation, we do NOT provide measurements or dimensions in any capacity. There are plenty of independent ways to find this out.
Parts are compatible only with the figure(s) as advertised.
All product features and gimmicks shall work as intended UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NAMED AS A FLAW ABOVE.
WE DO NOT TEST ELECTRONICS. ALL LOOSE FIGURES SHIP WITHOUT BATTERIES.
Pricing and Offers:
We are committed to offering the best price we can on the things we sell. Please be aware that some items may be expensive.
We do not entertain offers on listings without a "best offer" function. If "best offer" is enabled, the system is entirely capable of negotiating with you.
Shipping:
WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING. Shipping will automatically combine when adding all items to your cart BEFORE checkout.
On items that have calculated shipping, we do not mark up the rates. They are the same as if you were to pay for postage at the post office/Fedex/UPS counter.
Our damage rates are roughly 1 in 2000 orders, compared to 1-2% across broader e-commerce. We do not guarantee packaging condition on boxed items.
We have USPS Pickup at our facility 5-6 days per week, and UPS/Fedex drop off capabilities on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Global Buyers Outside the United States:
We only ship to US addresses. This includes the GSP for global buyers. If you can go through the checkout, you can buy it.
We do not control the charges, delivery times, customs fees, etc. Our responsibility as seller is purely to land the item in Ebay's warehouse.
Questions regarding the GSP must be directed to Ebay customer service.
Payment:
Immediate payment is required.
Cancellations:
Immediately canceling an order after placing it will result in being blocked. Our warehouse strives to have a quick turnaround on orders so cancellations may not be possible.
Returns:
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS IN MATTERS OF OUR ERROR.
