APRIS Knee Support Tape is a pre-cut kinesiology tape designed specifically for the knee area, giving you a ready-to-apply alternative to measuring and cutting a roll. Its shaped strips follow the knee as it bends, helping provide a supportive feel while allowing natural movement.

The elastic cotton tape stretches up to 140% and uses a water- and sweat-resistant acrylic adhesive designed to remain secure during walking, exercise, showers and everyday activity. Its lightweight, breathable and latex-free construction fits discreetly beneath clothing.

For application, make sure the skin is clean and dry. Remove the protective backing, position the tape around the knee, press and cross the strips, then rub the ends firmly to activate the adhesive. Apply only slight stretch and keep the ends free from tension.

Depending on skin type, activity and application, the tape can remain in place for approximately 3-5 days. Available in Blue, Black, Pink and Skin Tone.
