The BOTTOM OF THE BARREL 1 Oz Silver Bar is a striking limited-edition collectible featuring the unmistakable artwork of David Lozeau, known for his vibrant skeletal characters, Day of the Dead influences, and irreverent storytelling style.

The front showcases a chaotic maritime scene filled with skeletal pirates battling the waves in the most unconventional ways imaginable. Characters ride barrels, cling to a cannon, steer improvised vessels, and charge through a turbulent ocean beneath a dramatic night sky. The vivid colorization brings every detail to life, from the deep blues of the water to the bright clothing, treasure, tentacles, bones, and pirate accessories scattered throughout the composition.

The artwork transforms the silver bar into a miniature canvas, combining dark humor, pirate imagery, and Lozeau’s distinctive skeletal aesthetic. The composition is packed with small visual details, giving collectors something new to discover each time the piece is examined.

The reverse presents a clean precious-metal finish with the official Hayleybug Mint markings, including 1 Troy Ounce, .999 Fine Silver, and the individual issue number from the limited mintage.

One of the defining features of this release is its presentation. Each bar is permanently housed in a custom COA Slab, where the certification information is incorporated directly into the holder. The slab identifies the title “Bottom of the Barrel”, the silver purity, weight, artist attribution, and the extremely limited production of only 250 pieces.

With its combination of original fine art, premium silver, low mintage, and certified slab presentation, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL is an exceptional collectible for enthusiasts of David Lozeau artwork, pirate themes, colorized bullion, and unusual limited-edition silver bars.
