A replacement Matchbox Lesney MG1d Garage Service Station BP Auto Shop Services Sticker Set.

The main building of the later issue MG1 Garage has a ‘BP auto shop' sign and a list of services to the left hand end of the clear windows on the front of the building. This set includes both sticker sections.

The stickers are pre-cut self-adhesive vinyl for easy peel and installation to the building. Cleaning the building of any old sticker residue is recommended before fitting these new stickers. There is some artwork that is trimmed and this is by design. The original sticky labels will show yellowing from aging of the glue. The new stickers have a clean white finish.

Use a craft knife to lift the sticker from the backing and avoid finger contact to the adhesive face. Align the sticker and press down gently on the sticker for it to make contact with the surface. Do not rub across the vinyl when applying pressure as this may stretch the vinyl resulting in rebound and curling at a later time.

The building is shown for examples of application and comparison with the original. The listing is only for the replacement sticker set.

RecoverToy has offered reproduction decals and stickers since 1999. We have a huge range for many model brands.

• There is No Toy or Model included.
• This listing is for a set of replacement decals or stickers for your original diecast and plastic models.
• Please check the pictures, there is no toy. There are just the decals.
• With RecoverToy decals we try to match the original format including using printed paper, waterslide decal, or self-adhesive sticker media where suitable. However sometimes we have to revert to just peel'n'stick media as this is the most common.
