Antique monogramd letter R Stick pin. With oval-shaped top, which appears to be made of a gold-toned or brass metal, unmarked.  The surface of the oval top with scrolls and monogram Letter R.

The metal shaft exhibits some signs of age or wear, consistent with a vintage item.
