IMPACT CUTLERY

Model # 8671 – Skullford | By Impact Cutlery UK
Only one knife made. The buyer will receive the exact same knife shown in the photographs.

Skullford is a striking handmade fixed-blade knife built around an unusually bold handle design and a clean, aggressive blade profile. The blade is crafted from D2 tool steel with a pronounced central grind and sharply defined point, giving the knife a strong, purposeful appearance. The handle combines natural bone with turquoise-style gemstone accents, fine spacer work, polished metal fittings, and an exceptionally detailed skull engraving that gives the knife its unmistakable identity. The contrast between the pale bone, vivid blue gemstone sections, dark engraving, and polished fittings makes Skullford a highly distinctive collector piece.

The knife is supplied with a dark brown handmade leather sheath, carefully stitched and fitted with a secure retention strap. Sheath weight is approximately 100 g.

Skullford is not made simply as a display piece. Beneath its decorative character is a strongly constructed, Sharp full-sized fixed-blade knife designed to perform reliably and withstand years of proper use.

The knife comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity, Impact Cutlery Lifetime Warranty Card, and business card.

Lifetime Warranty – Terms & Conditions

Please note: Lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Normal wear includes blemishes, tarnish, rust, scratches, blade chips, broken tips, edge dings, and dents. Impact knives are not designed to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars, or screwdrivers. Damage caused by misuse or accidental impact is excluded, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee.

Natural materials—such as bone, horn, or wood—may crack, shrink, or develop other changes over time due to temperature, climate, and age; these are not covered under the lifetime warranty. No knife maker can guarantee against the natural aging of organic materials.

Rust is not covered under the Impact lifetime warranty. Proper care and maintenance are essential.

Care of Your Fine Custom Knife
  1. Never store the knife in a leather sheath.
  2. Never leave the knife wet.
  3. Apply oil/wax after use and before storing.
  4. If rust appears, use 0000 steel wool with oil to clean it off; metal polish can also be used.
  5. Never put the knife in a dishwasher.
  6. Keep the guard, bolsters, and butt caps oiled/waxed.
  7. Keep it sharp — a sharp knife is safer than a dull knife.
  8. Store in a dry place.
  9. Don’t try to repair a damaged knife yourself. Send it to us and we’ll do our best to make it as good as new.

If you plan heavy-duty use, let us know when ordering a custom knife so we can shape the blade and bevel accordingly. Knives in auctions are not subject to alterations; suggestions can be made for fixed-price listings.
