This is a lot of sterling silver pear-shape prong bail settings, designed to mount a loose 6x4mm pear-cut stone as a pendant. Each setting has a 4-prong crown and an integrated wire bail loop for stringing on a chain. These are new old stock (NOS) from original manufacturer packaging — never used, made by Alrin Manufacturing Co., Inc. of East Providence, RI (maker's tag: "6x4 Pear Bail," Ster. Sil., dated 07/16/04).
