Full Description

This replacement DPF fuel vapouriser is engineered to restore proper emissions control and ensure your exhaust system regenerates efficiently. Designed as a direct-fit component for compatible diesel engines, most notably 2.2 TDCi commercial vehicles, it resolves common diesel particulate filter blockage issues by accurately injecting fuel to raise exhaust temperatures. By actively supporting the DPF regeneration cycle, it prevents excessive soot build-up and maintains everyday engine efficiency. The unit is manufactured to seamlessly replace multiple factory part numbers, including the BK21-9T540 and BK31-9T540 series, alongside their exact numeric equivalents such as 1774460 and 1940310. Built to withstand the exceptionally high-temperature environment of the exhaust system, it provides a reliable, long-lasting solution for clearing standard emissions faults and ensuring your vehicle complies with everyday environmental regulations.
