A lovely little snuff box, but the base has been broken and repaired in Victorian times with wire staples. The base has been made from one large pebble which has been hollowed out. No damage to the lid which is nicely finished with a bevel edge.. Reeded silver mount with no damage. Hinge in good order and shuts perfectly. Please see picture with ruler for size. Despite the damage, still displays well and SOLD WITH NO RESERVE
