Before placing your repair order, please contact us through eBay Messages and provide:
A description of the problem with your Dyson Airwrap wand.
A clear photo of the entire airwrap.
The photo must clearly show the power cord and power plug.
This requirement helps us verify that the unit is eligible for repair before it is shipped to us.
Purchase this repair service.
We will send you our shipping address through eBay Messages.
Ship your defective dyson wand to us and provide the tracking number through eBay.
Send only the airwrap wand. Do not send attachments, cases, boxes, or accessories.
Once received, we will diagnose and repair the unit.
Your repaired hair dryer will normally be shipped back within 5 business days of receipt.
Buyer pays shipping to our repair facility. We pay the return shipping after the repair is completed.
Return shipping is included in the repair price.
The repair price includes the electronic parts required to complete the covered repair.
This service is primarily intended for Dyson Airwraps hair dryers with the following condition:
DYSON AIRWRAP RED FLASHING LIGHTS — AIR DOES NOT BLOW WHEN THE POWER SWITCH IS TURNED ON.
If your dryer has a different problem, please contact us before purchasing and describe the symptoms. We will let you know whether the problem qualifies for this repair service.
This repair service does not cover:
Cracked or severely damaged housings
Physical or impact damage
Water or liquid damage
Missing components
Missing power cords
Units that have been severely modified or improperly repaired
Cosmetic damage unless directly related to the repair
Replacement accessories or attachments
Additional charges will never be made without discussing the issue with you first.
If we are unable to repair your airwrap, you will receive a full refund of the repair service price and we will pay the return shipping to send your unit back.
This repair service includes a 30-day warranty beginning on the date you receive the repaired hair dryer.
The warranty applies to the specific repair performed and the original unit repaired by us.
For identification and warranty verification, repaired units may be internally marked and/or documented during the repair process.
Only the exact original unit repaired by us is eligible for warranty service. Units with non-matching identification, substituted components, or evidence that a different unit has been returned will not qualify for warranty coverage.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the unit to us for warranty evaluation. If the issue is covered under our repair warranty, we will repair the unit and pay the return shipping.
DO NOT SHIP YOUR DYSON AIRWRAP UNTIL YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE SERVICE AND RECEIVED OUR SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.
Please package the AIRWRAP securely to prevent shipping damage.
