I recently purchased a large vintage collection. This seems like most of the bulk from before 2010.  I would say good majority of it is 96 to 2006. Mostly land free except for the starter decks as I pulled the Vintage land for a different lot. Mostly coommon/unc. The starter decks have manuals as shown.
