The illuminated display provides excellent visibility against both light and dark backgrounds. Six brightness levels allow the display intensity to be adjusted to suit the surrounding light conditions. RANGING MODES EXPLAINED Standard: Measures the direct line-of-sight distance between the range finder and target. Continuous ranging can also be used to update the measurement while scanning. Horizontal Distance: Calculates the horizontal component of the measured distance, particularly useful when ranging targets positioned uphill or downhill. Angle: Displays the angle between the range finder and target, allowing you to see the degree of incline or decline.
