The pendant is the classic smooth, open-outline heart design, engraved along the inside curve with "TIFFANY & CO." (legible on close inspection). It hangs from a fine sterling silver cable chain with a spring-ring clasp and a small oval hallmark tag near the clasp, also engraved "TIFFANY & CO."Condition: the piece shows light tarnish consistent with age and normal storage, visible as gray-purple darkening pooled in the engraved recess along the inside curve of the heart pendant. The chain and clasp remain bright and untarnished. No dents, bends, or missing material. A light polish would restore full shine.
