From cloth-wire pickups and precise pickup settings to authentic tonal characteristics and faithful body color reproduction, every detail honors Fender's genuine lineage.
The Made in Japan Heritage 60s Jazz Bass features an alder body with a lacquer finish that allows the color to deepen beautifully over time.
Every component—including the 7.25-inch radius maple neck with a '60s "C" shape and 20 vintage-style frets, the vintage-style bridge with four threaded steel saddles, and pickups specially selected for the Heritage series—has been meticulously chosen to deliver classic playability and a sweet, vintage tone.
