Offered here is an original first edition of the inaugural issue of Perspecta, the highly influential architectural journal published by Yale. First issued in 1952, Perspecta would go on to become one of the most respected architectural journals in the world and remains the oldest student-edited architectural journal in the United States.

This scarce first issue includes contributions and discussions relating to some of the most important figures in modern architecture, including Frank Lloyd Wright, Henry-Russell Hitchcock, Paul Rudolph, Philip Johnson, R. Buckminster Fuller, Vincent Scully Jr., George Howe, and Henry Reed Jr.

This example remains in good vintage condition and is completely intact. There are no tears, no missing pages, and no detached pages.Binding remains sound and the journal presents very well for its age. Please review all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
