Great condition, this is from a brick and mortar boutique store Gaye Boutique, in Barbados (Colony Island) This is from the 70s, when this boutique would have local designers make pieces for their store. A great piece of vintage resort wear history. Skirt is maxi length, tiered with different colors of fabric with the same unique apple print. Look closely at pics - measurements are shown, the tag has an "M" written on each piece on the tag, Keep in mind that in the 70s a Womens Medium is significantly smaller than a modern womens Medium. 

In my opinion this Medium will fit closer to what a small is today.
