Original red cloth stamped in black, gold, and white enamel lily-of-the-valley motif. Cloth remains vibrant. Gold gilt on the front cover panel is bright. White enamel detail is largely intact with minimal flaking.

Pages show minor age-toning typical for paper of this era, but the text remains clean and fully legible.

Original decorative cloth binding. Covers show age-related surface wear but remarkably minimal considering age.

Internal pages are attached to the binding and free of major tears, though pages show yellowing due to age.
