Excellent. Please see photos for details.  This is a vintage "PERSONAL HAMILTON ZIP-AROUND" model from the British notebook brand Filofax. It's a sophisticated model made with matte-textured genuine leather. The zippered Hamilton is quite rare these days, making this a valuable item. With its 30mm rings, it can hold more refills and paper than a standard Personal size. The interior is in clean condition, and it has been carefully stored unused for approximately 10 years. There are a few very light scuffs and scratches on the surface due to storage and age, but there are no noticeable scratches or dents. The leather itself is not significantly damaged, and the overall condition is good.  *The black mesh card pocket inside is partially detached from the leather. Please see the photos for details.
