This is a very old Wind Up Seal to collect.  It does not have the Ball that was on it and it does not work when wound up, so it will need some work on it to be used if wanted.  I think it says Made in Spain.  If you know it is something different and would like to tell me, I will try to adjust the listing name then.  I will combine ship if you want another item also.
