Package appears cut/torn. It is still factory sealed. The recorder comes with (1) microcassette tape and two (AA) batteries. Due to the age of the batteries they may no longer be functional. We will include 2 fresh AA batteries just in case the ones from 2003 no longer work. Please reach out with questions before buying.
