A 1905 Stengel & Co. postcard depicting 'Tangier beggars (blinded criminals)' in traditional robes with walking sticks. The card was sold at the Hotel Cecil in Tangier. The back is an undivided postal card from Gibraltar, which was often used for mail from Morocco during this period via the British post office.
