Masamoto Sohonten Japanese Kitchen Knife Set of 3 Yanagiba Deba Usuba
Masamoto Sohonten set of three knives, the basic trio for a sushi or Japanese chef: yanagiba, deba and usuba. They have been polished, but please sharpen and care for them before use. The yanagiba has a slight bend. The box is dirty and a name on its back was blacked out with marker. A knife bag is included, and the knives ship in it.
Blade length: yanagiba approx. 28 cm (11.0 in), deba approx. 21.5 cm (8.5 in), usuba approx. 20 cm (7.9 in).
