Delivery by FedEx, DHL or UPS takes approximately 2–5 days depending on the country.
All items are shipped with a tracking number.
Shipping is usually free, but additional charges may apply depending on your country or region.
While safety is always a priority, we avoid excessive packaging from a sustainability perspective. Please note that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped together in a single package. If you require additional packaging, please let us know via message.

Items are shipped from Japan. Please note that depending on the product, the language or interface may be in Japanese. Although you can often change the language from the settings, issues arising from language differences are not covered by the warranty, and our company cannot take responsibility for them. Please understand this in advance. If necessary, please inquire about the language before purchasing.
Voltage
The available voltage varies depending on the product.
Please check the appropriate voltage in advance and use a transformer if necessary. We sell transformers at our store, so please feel free to consult with us.
