Porsche Boxster S 3.4 – 987
I’m reluctantly putting my much-loved Porsche Boxster S 3.4 up for sale. It’s a car I’ve genuinely loved owning, and the only reason I’m selling is because I’ve got the urge to move on to a 981.
Finished in Atlas Grey Metallic, it’s a fantastic colour that changes in different light and can look almost blue when the sun catches it. The dark grey/black interior complements it really well, with Porsche crests embossed into the headrests.
The car has had just 4 former keepers from new and has a very well documented service history, including numerous visits to Porsche Centre Kendal and Porsche Centre Glasgow, along with servicing and maintenance carried out by independent Porsche specialists.

There are numerous Porsche Centre service stamps along with supporting invoices, giving the car a really good record of its maintenance over the years.
The car is fitted with a DesignTek stainless steel full exhaust, which sounds fantastic and really suits the 3.4 engine. It also has a Pioneer media centre with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and hands-free calling, making it much more practical for everyday use.
The specification includes 18” 5-Spoke Sport Design II alloy wheels, red Boxster S brake calipers, black hood, electric seats, electric windows, power hood, air conditioning and cruise control. It also comes with 2 keys.
The current mileage is 101,603 and may increase slightly as I’m still using the car. The MOT runs until 29th May 2027.
I’m not selling because there’s anything wrong with the car. I’ve genuinely enjoyed owning it and it’s been a pleasure to drive. I’ve simply got the 981 bug and would like to make the move to the next generation.

A lovely 987 Boxster S with a great history, good specification and a fantastic sound. I’ll be sorry to see it go, but hopefully it will go to someone who enjoys it as much as I have.
