When you purchase a vintage item from our store, you are buying a pre-loved, pre-existing product. These items have been passed down through generations and may show signs of age, wear, or use that add to their character and uniqueness. It's the very best reason to purchase these items! 

Condition & Wear
Most vintage items will display some degree of wear, such as fading, patina, minor stains, loose threads, missing buttons or beads, or small imperfections. While we strive to photograph and describe each item's condition as accurately as possible, all items are sold "as is" and may have minor issues not visible in photos. We do not guarantee the absence of all wear or damage. We strive for honesty and integrity and will never knowingly deceive regarding wear or stains. 

Authenticity & Provenance
We inspect items for quality and will not knowingly represent them as authentic if there is any doubt. However, even with our experience, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in authenticity claims. We also cannot provide provenance for most items.

Care Instructions
We recommend handling vintage items with care. For example, hand wash textiles, avoid microwaving unless otherwise stated, and follow specific care notes for ceramics or metalware. We do not cover cleaning or repair costs. Most items are cleaned carefully and thoroughly before listing.

Returns & Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated, vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
