Here are 3 pre-owned silverplated figural napkin rings with a bird on a branch.   

The rings are about 1 3/4 inches in diameter and they are about 2 3/4 inches long and almost 3 inches tall.  The rings have a light etched design on the outside of the ring.  They are in nice condition except for some light tarnish.  They are not marked or labeled for country of manufacture, but they are modern and I assume made in China.  They came from an auction.
