This unit was obtained from a research facility equipment clearance.

The unit powers on successfully. The display and front-panel buttons respond normally. The Osc. Locked indicator illuminates, and the unit can display a stored standard frequency of 26,813,651.07 Hz.

When connected to a computer through USB, the computer detects a USB device; however, it appears as an unidentified device because the proper driver/software is not installed. Computer communication was not further tested.

No quartz crystal sensor, sensor cell, temperature probe, control cable, software, or other accessories were available for testing. Without the required sensor and complete setup, the live measurement screen displays:

* Frequency: 0.00 Hz

* Resistance: 0.0 ohm

* Temperature: 0.00°C

These zero readings do not represent a completed measurement. Actual frequency, resistance, temperature-control, and measurement functions remain untested.
