Shipping

This will be sent tracked delivery.

We do combine postage where possible.

We do recycle packaging materials mainly boxes to keep the postage costs as low as possible.

We opt for a tracked delivery system which isn't the cheapest option, but works out to be the

better option. The postage is for UK mainland only.

Returns

Item to be returned within 30 days, if found to be not as described. We do conduct investigations for lost and damaged items via shipping, this is why tracked is our preferred shipping method. All costs are at our expense, the item must be returned via recorded/tracked delivery and as soon as we receive we will issue a refund of the cost price only and not the postage costs this is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not in the same condition as the item left us then we will not issue a refund and item will be returned at buyers expense without exception. All returns must be packaged correctly to avoid any damage in transit and this is also the responsibility of the buyer as they were the ones who packaged it again if sent damaged then a refund will not be granted
