A characterful vintage Italian Bassano figurine depicting a drunken man carrying bottles, finished in traditional hand-painted glazes with strong folk art styling. This is a solid, weighty piece with good presence and classic Bassano colour tones.
Well modelled with expressive facial detail, textured clothing and a raised circular base. Typical of mid-century Bassano work and highly displayable as a shelf or cabinet piece.
