A fabulous vintage/Y2K-era Emilio Pucci Firenze shirt in an exceptionally striking blue signature print — a beautiful example of the Italian house’s instantly recognisable graphic aesthetic.
The design is a wonderful composition of sweeping, fluid forms in deep navy, turquoise, aqua, cornflower blue, violet, grey, black and ivory, with the Emilio Pucci signature incorporated repeatedly throughout the print.
Particularly lovely is the placement of the fabric: the main abstract print is framed by a contrasting ornamental border running vertically down the front, with coordinating border detailing at the cuffs. It gives the shirt a beautifully considered, almost scarf-print quality.
Made in Italy from 100% cotton, the fabric is lightweight and smooth with a crisp, luxurious handle. The shirt has a fitted feminine silhouette with a pointed collar, long sleeves and buttoned cuffs.
