Letters shown in the 9th photo (自動車保存取扱法教程附図 (一般自動車之部)) is the title which literally means "Illustrated Plates for the Manual on Automobile Preservation and Handling (General Automobiles Section)." Published by the Army Armored Maintenance School (陸軍機甲整備学校) located in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture.

The Army Armored Vehicle Maintenance School in Sagamihara was a historic Japanese Imperial Army facility originally established as the Army Automobile School. It was relocated to Kanagawa Prefecture in 1938–1942 and later renamed the Army Armored Maintenance School (陸軍機甲整備学校).
