This is a Kenwood TM-733G, a 10W dual-band (144/430MHz) transceiver.
The receive frequency range has been expanded.
The only included accessory is the hand microphone.
It has been modified for cross-band repeater operation.
It also supports simultaneous dual-frequency reception within the same band.
The internal backlight, foam padding, and electrolytic capacitors have been replaced.
The backlight has been upgraded to an LED, resulting in less heat generation and improved visibility.
The lithium backup battery has also been replaced.
Transmission, reception, and frequency accuracy are all within normal specifications.
Output power is adjusted to the rated 10W for both the 144MHz and 430MHz bands.
The main unit and control panel can be used separately if a long extension cable (sold separately) is obtained.
The unit has been disassembled and cleaned, though some scratches and signs of use remain.
