Returns will not be accepted if the display case or any individual blind box has been opened, unsealed or tampered with, or if any figure has been assembled. The entire display case, including all blind boxes and original packaging, must be returned together. Partial-case returns are not accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described. In such cases, please contact us through eBay messages with clear photographs of the parcel, outer packaging, shipping label and contents.
