We are very pleased to be able to offer for your consideration this vintage 1950s era Acme Ladies Wrist watch.

This pretty little wrist watch features a 17 jewel mechanical Swiss movement. The movement is marked ACME Watch Co. Unadjusted and there is "QXY" stamped into the movement by the regulator. This is the import designation for ACME watches imported into the united states.
The case of the watch is 14 k Rose Gold and there are six faceted garnets prong set mounted above and below the watch face. The watch face is bejeweled as well, with small red stones bezel set at the 12, 3,6,& 9 o'clock positions, with small clear stones bezel set in the remaining hour positions. These small hour marker stones maybe costume, but they have a nice sparkle to them. The wrist band is a vintage Spiedel "Twist o Flex" and does not quite match the rose gold tone of case, but the contrast is subtle.

If you are a horologist who collect vintage mechanical watch works, and loves to to restorations and repairs on these ole time pieces, this vintage ladies wrist watch will be a wonderful addition to your collection. When repaired it would make lovely gift.
