VF+  (A little less than Like New Mildly dented corners OffWhite pages - noticeably mildly "tanned")
BINDING & STRUCTURE:    flat & solid 
CORNER WEAR:    generally square - but very minor rounding & folding
EDGES WEAR:   light
SURFACE WEAR:    very little rubbing, no folding, mild wrinkling, no fingerprints, little to no foxing
GLOSS:   about 75%
FADING:   minor. 
PAPER COLOR:   offwhite  - noticeably mildly "tanned"
SOILING:   little to none
OTHER PROBLEMS (tears/damage/stains/missing & loose pages/staple rust):   none

There are risks sending the item INTERNATIONALLY using any method other than eBay International Shipping - but if you want it sent First-Class Mail International Large Envelope, you need to check to see if a CALENDAR is likely to arrive to your country - or if the post office / customs may confiscate it. The item is more likely to arrive in top condition if it is sent by eBay International Shipping.

Condition might be better preserved when the item is sent by a method other than "Large Envelope", since the envelope must be flexible & USPS will likely bend the envelope - & may dent the corners. Note that if your mailbox is small, they will be more likely to try to force the envelope inside of it!

The "bag and board" are protection only for mailing purposes - it's not of the type intended for display or archival storage.
